Warranty Policy

DireCat offers a 180 Day Limited Warranty on all products sold.

All DireCat products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have result from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product. DireCat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product.

Product replacements are only covered by the warranty of initial purchase and do not extend the length of warranty. If there is any problem with a warranty replacement, the customer must return the replacement to DireCat to receive an additional replacement.

Reseller Purchases: If you purchased the item(s) from an authorized reseller or distributor and the product is defective, please return the product to the reseller for an exchange or refund.  If you are unable to obtain an exchange, you may contact our customer service team for instructions on filing a warranty claim and to receive a return authorization number.

Important note: The DireCat warranty does not apply to items purchased from eBay or similar auction style merchants, or from merchants that are not authorized resellers or distributors of DireCat products. For purchases made on Amazon.com, please provide a detailed invoice showing the product was purchased in new condition as the DireCat warranty does not apply to items purchased in used condition.
