International Shipping

• All in-stock items will ship within 1 business day (This policy is applicable to all shipping methods)
• Custom order please allow 3-5 business days in production prior to shipping.
• Any orders that are placed after 3:00pm EST will be processed the following business day.
• We do not ship partial orders. If an item(s) is back-ordered and you wish to receive the balance of the order, please contact support@direcat.com
• On all international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination.

Special Note’s on International Orders:

• Orders returned to DireCat due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable.  Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
• Orders refused by the recipient for any reason and/or returned to DireCat for non payment of Customs Duties and Taxes are non refundable.
• Due to increased fraudulent activity, DireCat no longer accepts credit card payments from customers in the following countries: Azerbaidjan, Bolivia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nigeria, North Korea, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. You may purchase our products for shipment to the countries above by selecting Paypal as your method of payment during the checkout process.  (Active PayPal account required.)
