Return Policy
At DireCat, we pride ourselves in our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. You may return any item(s) purchased from this web site for any reason within the first sixty (60) days from the date of shipment. We will gladly exchange your product (equal or lesser value), or give you a full refund (excluding the shipping cost), whichever you prefer.
The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging, and returned in the same new condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. We do not charge re-stocking fees. Your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping your product back to us.
DireCat is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage due return shipments. The customer is responsible for the costs to ship the product back to DireCat. We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking.
How to Return an Order
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased at DireCat, please submit a support request for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Any packages returned without an RMA# are subject to being returned to sender.
The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.

DireCat will, at its discretion, replace the unit and ship it to you postage paid. All returns will be credited, less shipping fees, only after the item has been received by DireCat.
Exchange orders are processed once the original order item is received by DireCat. The customer may also have the exchange order shipped immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the exchanged item. A credit will be issued back to the card, less shipping and handling charges, once the original order item is received by DireCat.
The returned or exchanged product must be returned to DireCat within 60 days of the replacement shipment for credit to be applied.
